Belt Storage

Store the Battery Pasting Belt in a cool and dry environment. The rational environment is 20 temperature and 50% humidity. Do not place the belt under direct sunlight, high temperature (low), or excessive humidity. Otherwise, it will affect the belt. Surface material properties.

Belt Installation

Before installing the Battery Pasting Belt, remove out any oil, cotton, and other foreign materials on the surface of the belt and the roller to prevent the belt from walking abnormally. Belts with joints are different depending on the application during installation. Please pay attention to the belt running direction.

Install & Adjustment

The deviation of the Battery Pasting Belt will cause the damage of the conveyor belt, which can be corrected by adjusting the roller, etc. The belt will have a little extension after installation.

In a state with a certain degree of tension, let the belt rotate for 1-2 weeks so that the overall tension of the belt is uniform. At this time, the tension pulley is properly fixed. After 24 hours of operation, the tensioning wheel is adjusted again. At this time, the intermediate material of the belt has been fully stretched and the belt will no longer extend.

Belt Maintenance
